Be safe and protect your investment in fine linens! Many common soaps and detergents contain harmful chemicals that can destroy fine fabrics, causing them to yellow and fall apart. In addition, many detergents require hot water to work properly. Hot water not only sets stains but shrinks fabrics. This is why LINEN WASH® is a cold-water wash.
Le Blanc® LINEN WASH® has been tested to remove the following stains: lipstick, red wine, grease, honey, perspiration, fruit juice, baby formula, syrup, pet stains, egg yolk, coffee, tea, oil, dressing, blood, liquor, cola, food coloring, gravy, caramel, most mustards, flower pollen, butter, most inks, jams & jellies, and pencil.
LINEN WASH® is recommended by Sferra, St. Geneve, and many other linen makers as being safe and effective. Plus, it's an eco-friendly detergent that is gentle on the environment:
· NO BLEACH
· NO CAUSTICS
· NO PHOSPHATES
· NEUTRAL pH
Question: what's the difference between the different washes? Can I just use one soap for everything? Answer: each wash is formulated to clean different fibers. Linen Wash contains gentle degreasers that will eventually break down the stretchy fabrics found in clothing. Laundry Wash is safe for clothing and stretch fibers, and are the same formula with a different fragrance.

Can't go back

There are other fragrance-free laundry products for septic systems, but this is the only one I have found which, in combination with a Heinz distilled vinegar pre-wash, does not infuse fabrics with a residual fragrance, does not leave fabrics stiff, and cleans well.
Fragrance-Free for me

A lot of "fragrance-free" products aren't, as those with multiple chemical sensitivities can attest. This product has been a godsend. I use about a teaspoon per load in Miele front-loading machine, with a splash of white vinegar instead of bleach, works far better than off-the-shelf concentrates.

I love this laundry wash. I am a complete laundry perfectionist and it suits me perfectly. The fragrance is gentle, it really does clean very well, I use it for hand wash as well in my washers gentle cycle and have had excellent result. I highly recommend it.
An unbelievable product!

I use this product on difficult stains like blood and red wine. My niece had a nosebleed during the night on a brand new, very expensive aqua linen duvet cover. I thought it was ruined but used linen wash liberally, threw it in the washing machine and it looks like new! I also use linen wash after every dinner party or family gathering to remove red wine, lipstick, barbecue sauce, etc. from linen napkins and placemats.
What a surprise!

I use this mostly for hand laundry and table linens. I have collected some lovely french tables linens and the color holds nicely when I use linen wash.
