1891: High Life
The ultra-cool, ultra-hip milieu of 1960s Las Vegas,
with its bright lights, glamorous hotels and famous
night life inspired this collection of
1891 by SFERRA with two stylishly sophisticated
bed designs. It was a sexy world of decadence,
where people dressed up to attend night-club
performances featuring some of the best entertainers
of the day, where the high rollers in the casinos played
‘til the sun came up – and then played some more.
“There was such a sense of freedom, of living for the
moment,” says Creative Director Aaron Stewart, “and
I was attracted to that ‘devil-may-care’ sensibility.
